Enhancing UX of Investment Feature on the OCBC iBanking app
Redesigned the investment interface within the OCBC mobile banking app to increase user engagement. I translated complex financial pain points into a streamlined, high-fidelity prototype that improved feature discoverability and user confidence
Key Contributions
User Research Synthesis: Conducted interviews and data clustering to identify friction points in the existing investment funnel. Combine qualitative feedback into actionable design requirements.
Persona-Driven Task Flows: Developed targeted user personas and task-based flows to ensure the redesigned interface addressed specific investor behaviors and technical barriers.
Rapid Prototyping: Created interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to test and visualize a simplified investment journey, focusing on clarity and ease of use.
Interface Refinement: Redesigned core UI components to resolve common user issues, ensuring a balance between information density and clean, modern aesthetics.
This project is my own initiative as a UX student to apply user experience design principles and methodologies in order to address a specific problem or enhance a digital product or service
